Our Management

Our Top management team has vast experience with legal and marketing in Australian and International migration as well as real estate marketing and management services. In addition, over the last three years, we also managed to gain extensive amounts of China networks and relationships with our various channel partners in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changsha and Dalian.

Geoff Skelton - Chairman

集团董事长， 执业律师

Mr. Skelton is an Australian and one of the founders of our group, he has more than 25 years of work experience in the legal area. He is a Practicing Solicitor of Australia with full license registration with the High Court of Queensland. He is our chairman and has vast experienced in all areas of law. He has also many years of legal experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong. In addition, Mr. Skelton is also a registered Migration agent (MARN:1462762) of Australia.

Dr. Jack Wang - Director of Strategy

集团策略董事

Dr. Wang is an Australian, he is a board member of our group of companies, He is based in Hong Kong and has many years of work experience running businesses in China, Hong Kong, Australia and UK. He joined our company in 2017 and has been responsible for our group’s strategic development, especially in the areas of Australia and New Zealand networking and formulating strategic plans. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the world-renowned London School of Economics and a PhD in Business Administration from the states.

Dr. Vincent Kow - Director of Operation

Dr. Vincent is one of our founders and hold professional qualifications on Accountancy and Law. He oversees the whole operation of the company, he is also a fellow member of Institute of Public Accountants, Australia and has many years of experience in the migration business and business consultancy. 

Mr. Fan Qi - CMO

业务总监

Mr. Fan is the Chief Marketing Officer of our group who joined us in 2018, he is mainly overseas with the business connectivity in Mainland China market. He travels extensively to Mainland China, spends most of the time in China and Southeast Asia and focuses on building and management of China and Southeast Asia channel/ agents.

Ms. Bi Ying - Finance Manager

财务经理

She is our Finance Manager who is mainly based in Hong Kong， Ms Bi holds a Bachelor degree in accounting and finance, she also has many years of international funding and capital management experience both in Mainland China and Korea. She joined our group in 2018 and has been responsible for many capital/funding projects.

Our human resource policy is that we only employ staff with real enthusiasm and a talent for their profession, and then foster their skill. Our people are encouraged to think laterally when problem solving. We also continually offer training and development. Our office values positive thinking generalization by the excitement of having overcome challenges and delivering solutions.
